Originally, this three bedroom, 2 bath home in San Jose, was a 1950′s original tract home. The new home owner contacted David Orozco Associates to design and plan for a new 250 SF master suite and a new 220 SF 2-car garage.
The plan included a indoor laundry room, generous walk-in closet, and full master bath.
Details include: coffered ceiling in the master suite, french doors leading to the backyard garden, and hi-end plumbing fixtures.
The time constraint was that the homeowners were expecting their first child and there was only 3 months to get the project completed.
The project was completed 2 weeks before the birth of their first child and they were able to get settled before the happy baby was born.
